What is included in the rate?

  • Half-full / full-full fuel policy

What does the insurance include?

Cars: Full coverage insurance with a deductible of €150 to €300. It does not cover:

  • Loss or damage of keys
  • Wrong fuel type refueling
  • Towing service (only if caused by customer negligence)
  • Interior damage
  • Tire breakage (flat tires are covered)
  • Damage to accessories (triangles, vests, child seats)

Motorcycles: Third-party basic insurance with a security deposit of €100 to €300, deductible of €300 to €500 for
damages.

What do I need to rent a car?

  • Valid ID / NIE / Passport
  • Driving license with at least 2 years of experience
  • Credit card
  • Local address (Accommodation, Hotel, Apartment…)
  • For additional drivers, they must also present their DNI, passport, and driving license.

What age must I be to rent a car?

  • Car: Minimum 20 years old with 2 years of driving experience. A “Young Driver” supplement of €15/day applies for drivers between 20 and 23 years old.
  • Motorcycle: Minimum 16 years old with 2 years of driving experience.

Do I need a credit card to make the reservation?

Yes, a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) is required to secure the reservation.

Can I choose the vehicle model?

You can choose the vehicle category, but not the specific model. If the requested category is unavailable, you will be
given a higher category at no extra charge. The model, fuel type, and color will depend on the vehicles available at our
office at the time of pickup.

Can I take the vehicle outside the island where I rented it?

No, it is not allowed and it is not covered by the insurance.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as it was given to you. If returned with less fuel, you will be
charged for the missing fuel plus a €15 refueling fee. No fuel refunds will be given.

How do I cancel a reservation? Is there a penalty for canceling?

To cancel, you can do so via WhatsApp at +34 676 95 41 49 or by email at reservas@vallsmallorca.com. Cancellations
made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit.
